How we keep every batch consistent — from incoming magnets to the last inspection before the goods leave the plant.
1 · Incoming material check
Aluminium, magnets and hinges are sampled before they enter the line: magnet strength, dimensions and surface finish. Every batch keeps its own record, so a problem can be traced back to the supplier lot.
2 · In-process inspection
Assembly fit, rotation torque and surface finish are checked during the run, not only at the end. Anything out of the approved sample is pulled before it continues down the line.
3 · Final test before packing
Every piece is checked for magnet grip, hinge action and surface finish. The hinge mechanism is cycle-tested beyond 6,000 open-close cycles.
4 · Certifications
We arrange the certifications your market requires — CE, RoHS, REACH or FCC — and can provide the test reports for customs clearance and marketplace checks. Tell us your destination market and we will confirm which ones apply to your order.
5 · Claims and traceability
If the goods do not match the approved sample, send photos and the order or batch number — we compare them with the approved sample and solve it as agreed in the contract: replacement, credit or a fix on the next run.

What is your minimum order quantity?
All 21 models start at 50 pcs, including custom logo, colour and packaging. Tell us your target quantity and we reply with unit price and lead time.
How long does a sample take?
7–10 working days from confirmed drawing to sample. Samples ship by express, and we quote the freight together with the sample cost.
Can you print our logo?
Yes. Laser engraving, silk-screen and UV printing on the ring, the base plate or the retail packaging. Send your artwork in AI, EPS or PDF and we show a mock-up before production.
Do you provide certifications?
We arrange the certifications your market requires — CE, RoHS, REACH or FCC — as part of the order, and we sign an NDA whenever your own design is involved.
What is the lead time for mass production?
7–12 days of production after the sample is approved, plus 3–5 days for packing and inspection. We ship FOB Shenzhen or by express.
